| Post club eats in New York need not mean the hot sausage stand or the all night Denny's. New Yorkers know food and they know style and they insist on both. Even if it is 4 a.m. and they're too drunk to care! | |

EMPIRE DINER 210 10th Ave.(@ 22nd St.) 212-243-2736
| Best place for a bite after a night of drinking too much at the Roxy. The burgers and fries will settle even the queasiest of stomachs. Sit inside the deco trailer of a diner or opt for a view of the sunrise at a sidewalk table. Lots of club trolls enhance this experience. Not to mention the meanest milkshakes in town. | |

FLORENT 69 Gansevoort St. Meat Market/West Village 212-989-5779
| Been around for ages. Located in the uber-hip meat market, this diner that serves French Bistro food 24-7 had drag queens waiting tables long before it was chic. Rumor has it Florent himself used to drag them off the sidewalk (no pun intended) and make them "legit". Now that's a man who cares for his community! It's where all the cool clubbies hang after hanging out too much…And Bastille day here beats Paris hands down…You'll never see a Marie Antoinette look-alike contest quite like this one! | |

COFFEE SHOP 29 Union Square West 212-243-7969
| Was "the" place in the early nineties and is still surprisingly chic-ish. Especially late-night. Aspiring models by day (many an agency in these here parts) turned waitresses by night serve up great burgers and good grilled shrimp salads (sides of creamed spinach and mashed potatoes…Yummm!!) at fair prices. Good retro-without-being-annoying decor. They've also got some Cuban thing happenings in the back room. They close from 5a.m. to 8a.m. |
