One of the top glitzy events in Nantucket is the Nantucket Film Festival. For one week every June Nantucket is transformed in to a mini-Hollywood minus the attitude. Great flicks, cool parties and some major players from television and film.
This year Debbie was rubbing elbows with Brian Williams, Ali MacGraw, Wendy Wasserstein, Jerry Orbach, Ben Stiller, John Shea and the list goes on. The Second Annual Writers Tribute at The Sconset Casino was THE ticket to have. | |

| After years of drunken debauchery it looks like the infamous Figawi Race will come to an untimely end. Word has it that the powerful set on Nantucket thought things had gotten too out of control for this sleepy village. Too bad, It was a a sure thing for anyone looking to get laid. |
