Mark’s hard core Cardio Kickboxing class is a fabulous way to work up a sweat, blow off some steam and tighten up the flabby arms. Offered every day at 9am and 6pm. By the end of the summer Debbie will have perfected her punch…look out boys! He also offers a killer Small Circle Jujitsu class for more focussed self defense work. They are both highly motivating and available on a single class basis for $12 per class or in groups of ten for $100. A bargain considering Mark can really motivate you to get off your butt and work it out baby!!!

*Note: The entrance portion of the beach, while usually the most densely occupied, isn’t necessarily where you’ll find the hottest (and coolest) crowd. Quite often, they are strewn about the peripheral areas of the beach. Why? Because if you are cool…they will come.
GAY & LESBIAN: Check out FOWLER BEACH in Southampton and TWO MILE HALLOW in East Hampton.
