From fashion shows to freak shows, Debbie’ll be doing it all! Want to hear the best music ever?!? Come turn it out to Debbie’s official DJ…DJ ROMAIN…. Yeah, that’s right, the one who sealed his name in cement at Robots…. back in the day before the stupid neon sign, thank you very much.

CYRIL’S FISH HOUSE
MONTAUK HWY., MONTAUK
516-267-7993
Cyril’s rocks for happy hour every day of the week. Come right off the beach in your jams or your sarong. No pretentious ass holes here. It’s all about the local scene during the week, and a very fun casual scene on the weekends. Marley blasts from the loud speakers and blenders whir constantly with the comforting sound of rum cocktails being blended. You will swear you went to Anguilla for the day. That’s where Cyril has his other beach bar! Debbie had the pleasure of attending Cyril’s 50-something birthday bash at the Talkhouse where he received a surprise strip tease and "wobble gobble" for all of us to enjoy!

THE INDEPENDENT
246 MAIN ST.
BRIDGEHAMPTON
(516)537-5110
Well, Debbie has found her official home away from home! After many, many a-night of diligent research, Bridgehampton's Independent takes home the Gold Rolex Award for best bar scene and restaurant. Is it the totally gorgeous crowd that keeps this girl coming back for more? Or is it the fabulous fresh watermelon martinis? Or the totally hot (and hospitable) manager Michael? Or could it be the oyster shooters (which are rumored to be the scene-sters substitute for Viagra)? Did I mention the melt in your mouth, seared tuna and sumptuous shrimp cocktail? But be forewarned, bring a date and you run the risk of frequent mad dashes to the "rest room" (did I mention that hot looking model in line for the loo?!). Make your weekend reservations in advance as this place is the place to see and be seen. Looking for your future ex-husband or wife? Look no further, plant yourself at the bar and let the interviews begin!…. Weekdays are slightly less hectic, perfect for an intimate dinner for two, or for some "meaningful conversation" with a stunning stranger…The look? Sexy and sophisticated, it's all about tight trouser, knee-length side-slitted skirts and stilettos for the girls. Men serve up sporty/casual in dark hues, rich fabrics and tasteful, yet expensive timepieces.

EAST HAMPTON POINT
295 THREE MILE HARBOR ROAD
EAST HAMPTON, NEW YORK
(516) 324-2800
East Hampton Point is perhaps the best spot in all of the Hampton’s to watch the sunset. Have a cocktail and some oysters on their outdoor deck and watch the sun set right in front of you over Three Mile Harbor. The food is great too! From the simple raw bar to the delicious gourmet options such as Lemongrass and Lobster soup! This place works if you are in a large group or on a romantic date. Debbie does it weekly! The dinner crowd is very NYC elegant. Rolex watches abound.

PACIFIC EAST RESTAURANT
415 MAIN STREET
AMAGANSETT, NEW YORK
(516) 267-7770
Weekends rock here with the banker/model crowd showing up to rub elbows with each other. The bar area is large and airy and offers great views of the dining room so everyone can check each other out! The food is positively fabulous if you are into light asian-american cuisine. Make reservations if you want to eat here otherwise work the bar scene. Weekdays are very quiet.
NV TSUNAMI
44 THREE MILE HARBOR RD., EAST HAMPTON
(516) 329-6000
Finally, a full on, fashion-heavy nightspot…. Brought to you by club owner Frank Cilione, same owner as NV in The City. Frank has successfully transplanted his cutting edge flair for fun to the city of East Hampton. The hip scene agrees that NV Tsunami will be the club of the Hamptons come summer season…Debbie might even throw an event or two herself at this uber-hip hot spot.
LIFE @ THE BEACH
54 EAST MONTAUK HIGHWAY, SOUTHAMPTON
(516) 726-1999
Brought to you by the same city team. Steven Lewis has pulled it together once a gain. If Life @ The Beach is one tenth as fun as Life in The City, we’ll all be very, very happy. Debbie will definitely be workin’ here.
THE TAVERN
125 TUCKAHOLE LANE, SOUTHAMPTON
(516) 287-2125
The Grand PooBah of nightclubs, this former potato barn has been rocking it out for six seasons. The secret of its success? Owner Gordon Van Broock and his swanky partners are a major part of the scene by the sea. Debbie’ll be doing it, definitely! And she’ll be bringing Romain.
THE TALKHOUSE
MAIN STREET, EAST HAMPTON/AMAGANSETT
(516) 267-3117
The place for music, the Talkhouse has been around since 1832. Major music in an intimate and often very packed space. It can get awfully crowded on weekends, and the line can be scary, but it is all worth the wait, hassle and then some when the place starts to jam…. You may even catch a surprise guest jammin’ in such as Paul Simon, Billy Joel or Paul McCartney…Highlights this summer include: Dave Mason, Leon Russell, Buster Poindexter and Suzanne Vega.
THE WILD ROSE CAFÉ
SAG HARBOR-BRIDGEHAMPTON TURNPIKE, BRIDGEHAMPTON
(516) 537-5050
If you’re looking for some local flair, it’s to be found at the Wild Rose. It’s where happening Hamptonites hang on a Saturday night, listening to live music or DJ tunes. They’ve also got a light menu. Check out the Wild Rose and you may even spot Debbie doin’ something wild herself…like wearing flats.
THE SWAMP
MONTAUK HIGHWAY, WAINSCOTT
(516) 537-3332
This is where the scene thrives for gays and lesbians….The Swamp is gay 24-7, but check other clubs schedules for their gay nights. Definitely good time, slammin’ tunes, even if you’re on the straighter side.
LIMO:
SOUTHAMPTON LIMOUSINE SERVICE
(516) 287-0001
Looking to get in a bit of trouble? Knock yourself out, ….Just don’t be a moron and drive, too….Some of the best nights out can be with a driver….How Fabulous!!
