| I love this place. It’s all so special at Serene. Not just anybody can stop by here to workout, it’s appointment only and a personal trainer who will give you the attention that you truly deserve while conducting each session. No crowds, no gawking at our beautiful bodies, and no waiting to use equipment. To add to that, health/nutrition planning, massage therapy, yoga, and martial arts makes this place a dream to those who like to workout with no hassle. Absolutely fabulous and a must do, if you’ve got the cash. Consultations are complimentary. | |

| Debbie gets glammed up for the gym. I know that may seem ridiculous, but I made the mistake of throwing on some rags to workout and soon found out that this is one gym where appearance is everything, darling! It’s definitely the seen and be seen crowd. Models come here to keep the bodies hot and every time there’s a Hawks home game, the contenders come here to keep the muscles buff. Debbie once pumped iron with Shaq and Dennis Rodman. And if you don’t want to get all sweaty, treat yourself to the spa or take a low impact aerobic class, they’ve got it all. There’s one downfall, it’s a private facility and the two ways to get in are: with a member or if you are staying at the Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, or Peachtree Inn. Only one of which is on Debbie’s hotel list, so do what you gotta do to work out with the elite. If not, the Spa is open to all. |
